Where we deliver

Online checkout is currently configured for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before ordering.

Cost and timing

Free standard UK delivery is currently offered. We normally aim to dispatch in 1-2 working days and deliver within 3-7 working days after dispatch. These are estimates. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Order information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We may contact you if more information is needed. Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the contact details supplied at checkout.

Delay, loss or damage

If delivery is materially delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact info@marketech-solutions.com with your order number. Your statutory remedies are not affected. Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or to a person you identify to receive them.
