Changing your mind

For most online purchases, a UK consumer may cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered. Email info@marketech-solutions.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back using the return instructions we provide.

You may examine goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return costs and refund timing

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return postage cost. We pay reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied. We refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered. We will make the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The cancellation right does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. An exception does not remove your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, followed by rights to repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or final right to reject. Contact us promptly with the order number and details of the issue. These rights are in addition to the cancellation right above.

Please obtain return instructions before sending a parcel. The registered office is not necessarily the parcel returns facility.
