Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms apply when a consumer buys physical goods from marketech-solutions.com. The seller is MARKETECH SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17247158, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Unit 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary by screen. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept the order. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it.

Prices and delivery charges

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge and the total payable are shown before you place the order. We do not add a fee for using a consumer debit or credit card.

Ordering and contract formation

You can review and correct your basket and checkout information before selecting Place order and pay. That action places an order with an obligation to pay. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. We may refuse or cancel an order for a genuine reason, including pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or an undeliverable destination, and will refund sums paid for goods we do not supply.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by an independent regulated payment provider. We do not store full card details on this website. You must be authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery options, costs and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Goods remain at our risk until delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate. Ownership passes when we receive full payment and delivery has taken place.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach, but not business losses where you buy as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of mandatory local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
